By entering the Spring 2024 GOWN GIVEAWAY you agree to be bound by the following
T&C:

USA. This Spring 2024 GOWN GIVEAWAY is in no way sponsored, endorsed or
administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Entry Period: 12:01 AM CST on May 10, 2024 to 11:59 PM CST on May 12, 2024

Social Media Platform: Instagram only

Eligibility:

  • Winner must visit a recognized retailer/bridal boutique of the Promoter at their
    own cost. Promoter cannot guarantee current selection of gowns at
    recognized retailer/bridal boutique.
  • Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
  • No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the Spring
    2024 GOWN GIVEAWAY.
  • Employees of the Promoter or affiliated and related companies are not eligible
    to enter.

How to enter:

  • Follow Essense of Australia, Stella York, or All Who Wander Instagram accounts.
  • Like the giveaway post.
  • Save the giveaway post.
  • Tag at least one person with an active Instagram account in the comments of
    the giveaway post.

Prizes:

  • Free choice of one Wedding Dress per below listed brands (retail price can be
    worth anywhere from $599.00 to $4,000.00 USD at maximum depending on
    each brand).

Legal Limitations:

  • Winners will be selected at random by the Promoter from all entrants by May
    14, 2024 and they will be notified on or after this date via direct message on
    their Instagram account.
  • One FREE Wedding Dress per winner and per brand. The following brands
    participate in the Spring 2024 GOWN GIVEAWAY: i) Essense of Australia, ii)
    Stella York, and iii) All Who Wander.
  • Winner must select a Wedding Dress from the specific brand contest that
    he/she entered (ie Stella York contest winner must choose a Stella York
    wedding dress).
  • Prizes are only valid in connection with a Wedding Dress purchased after May
    13, 2024.
  • Customizations, specials, alterations, or accessories are not included in the
    prizes – Wedding Dress only.
  • Prizes are non-negotiable, not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • The Promoter will not be held liable if a named prize becomes unavailable or
    cannot be fulfilled. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a
    prize of equal or higher value.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter may be collecting personal data from the entrants and potential
winners in order to confirm their eligibility. It will treat such data in accordance with the

addition, the Promoter may use and share an entrant’s personal data with third parties
solely to the extent necessary to fulfill its obligation to administer and sponsor the
Spring 2024 GOWN GIVEAWAY. All information provided is being provided solely to the
